Lately, I've been meeting a lot of job seekers in the social impact sector who want to work at the intersection of AI and social impact. Honestly, I love that for them!

Here’s what I keep noticing - that interest isn't showing up on your resume yet. This is likely due to the fact that this is still an emerging area, particularly in social impact.

There is a very easy solution to this.

When you haven't done the work in a space yet, the next best thing is showing that you're actively investing in building your knowledge and skills.
